Homemade Mayo (Immersion Blender Method)

This recipe that will become an easy habit. It starts off with only a few ingredients and is quick and simple to make every week.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup neutral oil (avacado or Saffron)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard, garlic, or honey

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Place immersion blender at bottom.
  3. Blend 15–20 seconds until thick
  4. Lift blender slowly to finish emulsifying.
  5. Store in fridge up to 7 days.
