Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 tbsp honey 2 tbsp for ricotta, 2 tbsp for drizzle
  • 2 ripe pears thinly sliced
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whip the Ricotta: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and 2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk or use a hand mixer to whip the mixture until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Toast the Bread:Toast the slices of whole-grain bread to your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Spread the Honey Whipped Ricotta: Spread a generous amount of the honey whipped ricotta onto each toasted slice of bread.
  4. Add Sliced Pears:Arrange thinly sliced pears on top of the whipped ricotta, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Drizzle with Honey: Drizzle additional honey over the pears to enhance their natural sweetness and add a touch of flavor.
