Perfect Strawberry Smoothie (demo)

Made with just 5 simple ingredients, this strawberry smoothie comes out thick, creamy, and oh so delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them in half. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the fresh strawberries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey (if using).
  3. Blend: Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust as needed.
  5. Serve: Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  6. Garnish (optional): Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass or a sprig of mint.
